Focus 2008 Flexifuel DTC:er med FORScan?

Har en Focus Flexifuel 2008 (2009?) som slog på gul motorlampa några dagar för att sedan slå av den. Tänkte att jag skulle kika på DTC:erna för att se vad som strulade, så jag har skaffat en ELM327 moddad för Ford (HS/MS-brytare) från runns.se för att köra med FORScan.

Jag är dock lite osäker på om jag får DTC:erna eller om DTC-felen är att DTC:erna inte kan läsas. Vad säger ni? Och kan något vara kopplat till motorlampan (vilken som sagt inte lyser längre)?

Jag gjorde såhär:

• Kopplade in ELM327 i datorn.
• Brytaren på ELM327 uppåt.
• Vred startnyckeln till läge II.
• Kopplade in OBD-kontakten i bilen
• Startade FORScan och tog Connect
• Valde att FORSCan skulle köra högre hastighet på serieporten
• FORScan kör igång - se logg
• Fick välja bland 4 protokoll. Minns inte exakt vad det stod, men något i stil med 2008.25 MY, C-MAX 2008.25 MY, 2007.5 MY, 2007.5 C-MAX MY. Valde 2008.25 MY.
• Slår om brytaren på ELM327 till nedåt när Forscan ber mig att byta till MS.
• FORscan kör klart.

Jag tycker det ser ut som att du får ut koder, på korrekt sätt.

Det ser ju skumt ut att du får en kod på "theft detected", dvs att immobiliser går in. Jag skulle nog ändå prova att släcka alla koder och se vad som kommer tillbaka. Både i form av nya koder och ev. motorlampa.

Vad bra! Ska testa att släcka dem och se vilka som kommer tillbaka i framtiden.

Läste på theft-koden att den kan bero på nytt instrumentkluster. Har inte bytt klustret, men verkar ha glapp ibland, så det är kanske därför den felkoden dyker upp.

Jag hade liknande problem som varierade gul till röd motorlampa tappade effekt mm.
Mitt problem var lödningarna bakom instrument panelen
Lönade om alla punkter till den stora kabeln på kretskortet sen har det funkat ett år sedan nu.

Behövt slå ovanpå panelen ibland några gånger nu för att starta bilen och både en tidigare tråd och ditt svar tydde på glapp i kontakten.

Sagt och gjort! Sökte på Ford Focus instrument cluster, hittade några videor (varav en med exakt samma panel som jag) och nu har jag lött om kontakten . Hoppas det problemet är ur världen.

Tips till andra: Hitta var visarna tar stopp och markera nålens position på en tejp, så att de hamnar i rätt vinkel när de sätts tillbaka. De stora har ett tydligt stopp.

Också smart att ha något under skruvarna när man skruvar i bilen, så att de inte råkar falla ner i bilen (tryckte in lite bubbelplast).
