Kamrem byte ( Please need help )

Good afternoon,
I'm sorry for writing in English but it's easier for me to explain the situation. I recently bought a Ford Galaxy S-Max 2010 which has done 160000km but hasn't had a kamrem change yet. I am hopeless with cars and I'm really worried about getting ripped off by garages taking advantage of me. Can anybody please give me a garage "Verkstad" in the Stockholm region that is trustworthy and gives a very reasonable price?
